PRODUCTIVITY
Thanks to its new Magnum® Pro torch and advanced cycles allowing faster cutting and reduced transition times between cuts, OPTITOME② FineLine® HD drastically reduces production times.
Typically, on a nesting on a plate of 1500x3000 and 12mm thick, productivity is increased up to 30%.
QUALITY
FineLine's superior cut quality can be maintained longer thanks to the long-life span of its consumables.
For example, on 12mm carbon steel at 140A, we maintain ISO3 cutting angle (max 2.7°) for the first 2200 holes.
In addition, with UltraSharp2.0 by HPCIII technology, the bolt holes meet the requirements of the EN1090 standard.
FLEXIBILITY
With OPTITOME②, you will have a flexible tool capable of cutting and marking on steel, stainless steel and aluminum up to 50mm thick.
As an option, a tube cutting attachment can be fitted to cut diameters up to 350mm.
ERGONOMICS
Thanks to the new HPCIII numerical control, OPTITOME② is very operator friendly.
The interface is ergonomic, educational and intuitive. All the adjustments are done automatically thanks to a database allowing cutting on steel, stainless steel and aluminum.
The mechanical design of the machine makes it very easy to unload the cut parts.
ROBUSTNESS
The highest quality components have been selected to manufacture OPTITOME② and make it extremely robust. Its design also makes it possible to protect the sensitive parts against the cutting projections or contact with cut parts, in particular the linear rails and the racks.
Its table, compartmentalized every 600mm for optimum suction, is initially designed to cut with the flame cutting process. Its robustness is therefore proven to withstand the most extreme conditions.
Finally, FineLine® HD is guaranteed for 3 years, which is unique on the HD plasma cutting market.
SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE
The machine complies with the applicable machinery Directive 2006/42/EC which makes it necessary to have several emergency stop points for optimum safety. Further, it is interconnected to the extraction fume unit.
The Optitome② table is compartmentalized every 600mm and equipped with air diffuser trays. Connected to the DIGIFILTER suction filter, the efficiency of the assembly makes it possible to meet the regulations in force to ensure the extraction of dust, but also of residual gases from the cut.
